Service Agreement
1. Parties
This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Outspy.ai (“Company”, “we”, “us”) and the customer (“User”, “you”).
2. Services
Outspy.ai provides access to an AI-powered competitor analysis platform (“Service”) under the terms set forth herein.
3. Account and Access
Each User must create and maintain a personal account.
Account credentials must not be transferred, shared, or disclosed to any third party.
Multiple users require individual subscriptions.
4. Trial and Subscription
New Users receive a 2-week free trial.
After the trial, continued use of the Service is subject to the current subscription fees, payable via Stripe.
Fees and billing cycles are detailed on the Outspy.ai website and may change with notice.
5. Acceptable Use
Users must not misuse the Service, including (but not limited to): unauthorized sharing of access, using automated scripts/bots, or scraping data.
Use must conform to all applicable laws and regulations.
6. Availability and Support
Company endeavors to provide continuous Service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Support is provided via channels listed on the website.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Service.
8. Term and Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Upon termination, User access will be revoked; data may be deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
9. Amendments
Company reserves the right to change these terms with notice to Users by posting changes on the website.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the principal place of business of Outspy.ai unless otherwise specified by mandatory law.
